With a background that spans CIO-level leadership and partnership at a leading energy consultancy, the founder and principal coach brings firsthand understanding of how talent develops inside complex organizations from recruitment and onboarding through performance evaluation and leadership advancement. That experience includes designing IT career ladders, competency frameworks, and professional development programs that have supported hundreds of employees and emerging leaders.

First trained as a coach by ICTI in 2010, Bexar Coaching & Advisory’s founder and principal coach combines executive insight with a coaching-based approach to help clients make measurable progress in their careers.
